Our White Love Doves are from a strain of pure white Streptopelia Ring-neck Doves. These are also known as the Doves of the Bible, Turtle Doves, or White Ring-necks. Magicians use them in their acts. They make wonderful pets and do well in an indoor cage or and outside aviary. They are tame and gentle naturally.
It is best to keep only one pair in a cage as the males can be territorial. Two females are very happy together and two males may be if you do not have a female, but sometimes the males will become territorial with each other. We recommend that you have two birds because they do get lonely. You cannot allow them to fly free because they will not come back like the Release Doves. If you would like their wings clipped, we will be happy to do that before they are shipped to you.
Our Love Doves are NOT albino, but rather a Dark-eyed White or Snow White.
Training
Our pure white Love Doves are easily trained, and they will sit on your finger as soon as they get to know you. They are simply beautiful birds. We are proud to offer some individuals that are trained to the hand or to fly and return. These are special order birds so contact Phyllis before you place your order for special training.

DNA Sexing
We are happy to offer DNA sexing so you will know if you have a male or female. This is essential if you want a pair.
Shipping
We only ship within the lower 48 continental states. The birds are shipped overnight express mail. We guarantee that they will arrive safe and ready for their new home or you will be refunded your money (less shipping).
Guarantee
All of our birds are top "Quality" and we guarantee their health. If you are not happy with your bird, just return it for a full refund within 10 days (less shipping). There is a cancellation fee of $20 on orders that are cancelled after the payment has been processes to cover payment costs.
Special Note
We do have a few "Pet Type" birds that cost a little less because the have no training and may have a few minor blemishes. This might be a dark toenail or a shadow under their wings. They are still white, and still lovely. But we are offering them for a little less.
