Thank you for shopping Beyond The Sidewalk. 

• Online courses should have instructions forwarded to you within a few minutes after payment.  
• Most orders are processed and on their way to you within 48 to 72 hours and should reach you within 5-14 days.  If you do not receive delivery by the 14th day, please call us at 520-749-1813 or e-mail us. We want you to be satisfied with everything you buy from us.  If our products do not please you for any reason, merely return them undamaged and unchanged to us within 15 days for a full product refund.
• Live Birds are shipped via USPS Express mail and cannot be insured.  While I have never lost a bird during shipping, if one should die we will refund the cost of the bird when the leg band is returned to us.  We do not ship when the night time temperature does not go below 80 degrees at any of the stops enroute.  This translates to approximately June, July and August and September.  We will take orders during that time, to ship the birds at a later date.  We will also need to confirm that routing is available, so send your zip code to us BEFORE you make payment.

Please note: We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. In cases of shipping being included in purchase price, the actual shipping costs will be deducted on returns.
