Our White Love Doves are from a strain of pure white Streptopelia Ring-neck Doves. These are also known as the Doves of the Bible, Turtle Doves, or White Ring-necks. Magicians use them in their acts. They do well in an indoor cage or and outside aviary if your climate is mild. They are tame and gentle and make wonderful pets.

It is best to keep only one pair in a cage as the males can be territorial, but several females are compatible. You cannot allow them to fly free because they will not come back like the Release Doves. But you can teach them to sit on your hand and return to your hand.

Our pure white Love Doves are easily trained and we handle them from hatching so they will sit on your finger as soon as they get to know you. They are simply beautiful birds.

Our Love Doves are NOT albino, but rather a dark-eyed white -- Pure White. They come unsexed, but if you want a male or female - or a pair of doves, we will have them DNA sexed. This costs a little more, but you are assured of them getting along or breeding.
